This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and representatives involved in property management, inspections, and operational delivery.
BRB Property Solutions does not provide regulated care or support services. However, we recognise that individuals placed in temporary or emergency accommodation may be vulnerable and require safeguarding awareness.
Staff are expected to remain alert to indicators of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or significant risk to health or safety encountered during routine duties.
Any safeguarding concern identified will be reported promptly to the relevant local authority placement team, safeguarding department, or emergency services where appropriate.
We cooperate fully with local authority safeguarding frameworks, inspections, and investigations and provide information where reasonably required.
